The Security Research Lab actively supports the MSc Track Security Management & Engineering of the MSc course “Advanced Information Systems”, provided by the Department of Informatics, University of Piraeus. Security Management & Engineering provides a complete Msc course that covers various advanced topics in information security. The courses provided include:
- Security Governance
- Designing Secure Architectures
- Software Security
- Network Security and Penetration Testing
- Cryptographic Protocol Analysis
- Digital Forensics and Malware Analysis
All the above courses are supported by the Security Research Lab (faculty members, researchers and external collaborators) both in theory and practice. Several courses are tought by external collaborators coming from the industry or the public sector, that are known specialists in a particular field of security.
